Visit of Fundación IMDEA Energía facilities
The SUN-to-LIQUID II project is actively involved in dissemination activities towards the students’ community in the context of the academic training of next-generation leaders in solar fuels and green transition.
In this framework, on 17 April 2024, a group of 17 students of the Master’s Degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Market (MERME) of the Escuela de Organización Industrial visited SUN-to-LIQUID II partner Fundación IMDEA Energía‘s facilities located in Móstoles, including the solar plant and its very-high concentration solar tower developed in the SUN-to-LIQUID II project.
Besides, the students benefitted from a presentation about the SUN-to-LIQUID II project, given by Manuel Romero, who serves as SUN-to-LIQUID II leader of two different project work packages (WP): the WP dedicated to solar concentration system optimisation and the WP dedicated to testing of the integrated sun-to-liquid system.
The SUN-to-LIQUID II project was presented to the students of the Master in Renewable Energies and Energy Market (MERME) of the Escuela de Organización Industrial.
